Led by Jing director, Rachel Fairweather, our skilled therapists use cutting edge advanced massage and soft tissue techniques to reduce pain and injury and we aim to see a result in 1-6 sessions. Our team of advanced massage therapists are trained in a number of soft tissue techniques including trigger point, sports massage, myofascial release, stretching , pregnancy and hot stone massage.

Jemma is a Clinical Massage Therapist who specialises in outcome based, bespoke treatment plans for people in pain. After initially training in Swedish and Sports massage in 2011, Jemma enrolled on the Jing three year, degree level course – BTEC Level 6 Professional Diploma in Advance Clinical and Sports Massage, the highest level of training available in the UK. Following her huge success both on the courses and in her own practice, she was invited to be a part of the prestigious Jing teaching team. She uses a fusion of hands on techniques, including deep tissue massage; trigger point therapy; myofascial release; and sports stretching, along side functional exercises and education to help facilitate her clients own healing. She believes in the Eastern medical approach of treating people and not symptoms, while at the same time keeping up to date with the latest scientific research into massage and pain.
